Black Hill is our modern interpretation of traditional Italian espresso flavours, taking its inspiration from the the award winning blend created for our Deer Hill espresso, and named after the one of the highest points around our moorland scenery.

By blending Speciality grade acrabicas with an award wining Indian robusta from the Harley Estate and carefully tailoring the roast profile for pod brewing we've been able to produce a uniquely rich and full-bodied espresso.

Sweet and satisfying with milk, complex and smooth without, Black Hill delivers familiar flavous without compromise.

The pods are fully aluminium and so can be recycled.

The pods are designed to produce an espresso, rather than a longer style drink. Ideally we recommend that the final espresso weighs a maximum of 32g. For a longer drink just add hot water.
The flow should be slow as it's produced to ensure good extraction from the coffee.
Compatible with most traditional Nespresso capsule machines, but let us know if you have any problems with specific modules (n.b. sometimes older machines, or machines blunted with plastic pods can cause issues).
