Elias and Shady Bayter curate and export specialty coffee Colombian coffees under their Forest Coffee banner, as well as from their own El Vergel farm in Fresno, Tolima. This is an anaerobic Red Bourbon varietal, and the micro-lot is called “Bright Borbon” from Brayan Alvear’s El Ancla farm in the mountains of Acevedo, Huila, a region renowned for the very best Colombian coffees.
