The micro-beneficio, La Chumeca, is owned by a family that is dedicated to the production of specialty coffee, and managed by Martin Ureña. Located in San Pablo de Leon Cortes, in the famous Tarrazu region, they have been processing more experimental coffee, using classic and hybrid arabica varietals. This “777” micro-lot is an anaerobic natural coffee that has been sun-dried, and is a beautiful example of this style.
