This stunning coffee from Ashenafi Argaw, and his Ardent Export operation, is sourced and processed from ripe cherries selected in and around Gedeb and Dumerso villages, in the Yirgacheffe region. The clean, ripe and sugar-rich cherries undergo an anaerobic fermentation before being carefully sun-dried – expect intense aromatics and tropical fruit flavours.
