This exceptional coffee from Ashenafi Argaw, and his Ardent Export operation, is sourced and processed from ripe cherries selected in and around Bensa and Chire villages, in the Sidama region.

The clean, ripe and sugar-rich cherries undergo carbonic maceration (a natural anaerobic fermentation, with the fermentation vessel flooded with carbon dioxide) before being carefully sun-dried – expect intense floral aromatics and juicy, fruit-filled flavours.
