They curate coffees from farms in Ethiopia and Panama, playing with different varieties and unique fermentation processes. Their coffees have won many awards over the years and at auction have fetched unbelievable prices, into the thousands of dollars per kilo

Drima Zede was first developed in 2013 by coffee pioneers Ninety Plus Coffee in Ethiopia, where many of their coffees were sourced from at that time. It was an experiment in advance the flavour of common coffee varieties through much deeper fermentation and process technique. Using classic arabica varietals like Caturra and Catuai, this coffee is sourced from cherries on their more recent Candela Estates in the mountains of Panama.
 

Tasting Notes
Not for those looking for conventional coffee flavours, 90+ are know for extreme processing methods and even more extrem flavours. Intense savoury aromas. Clove, dark chocolate, twiglet and fruit layers.
