Come and join us at the mill to learn about the world of Dark Woods. The session kicks off with a welcome drink and then guides you through: Understanding your coffee bean, learn how flavour is influenced by species and variety, origin, processing method, and roast profile.
Discover the inner workings of the mill, with your chance to see the roaster in action, take part in a ācuppingā (tasting), whilst learning some vital steps for getting the best from your beans at home!
After the event you will leave with a freshly roasted bag of beans to enjoy at your leisure.
